Cross Country training will start next week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons. Please ensure your child comes to school with appropriate footwear.
Student of the week and other awards
There is no newsletter this week, however here is the student of the week, whizz kids and part card awards.
Our annual Easter Bonnet Parade On Monday 3rd of April we will be holding our annual Easter Bonner Parade! Whanau and caregivers are welcome to attend. The parade will begin just after 1:30pm and includes an adults section and a preschool section. Children are encouraged to make their Easter Bonnet at home, although there will be opportunities to make bonnets in class too. There are prizes up for grabs for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each class and each category. Unfortunately, if the weather isn’t suitable on the day we will need to cancel the parade and judging will take place in each classroom– please keep an eye on the school facebook page, just in case. We look forward to seeing you there!
Wacky Wheels Day - 29th March To celebrate the end of Movin' March, the Student Council are hosting a Wacky Wheels day. They would like to invite everyone to dress up their wheels and show them off at school. There are prizes up for grabs for the best wheels in each class!

Swim Festival Next Thursday a number of our year 4-8 students will compete against other Kapiti schools in the Otaki Primary Schools Swim Festival . Date: Thursday 23rd of March Time: Year 4-6 (Juniors) 9:30am - 12:00pm Year 7-8 (Seniors) 12:00pm - 2:30pm Come along if you're free and support our tamariki!!!!
YEAR 4-6 80's GAMEATHON! Monday 13th of March A fun day of 80's games including elastics, limbo and more! Encourage your child to dress up 80’s style. Get out those old leg warmers and fluro gears!
